Rush Cornwell instructs the following:
  • BrickHaus
  • Using Rowers, kettlebells, TRX bands, slam balls, sand bags, heavy ropes, and bodyweight exercises, this class will focus on toning and cardio for the entire body. 

  • Powerhaus Team Training Class

  • The Ride
  • It's great for all different levels. It's a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout.

  • H.I.I.T.
  • H.I.I.T. High Intensity Interval Training -- This workout is plateau proof because it stimulates different energy groups and muscles in each workout segment, changing the focus and activities every 4 minutes. Programming includes strength, cardio and plyometrics training which provides both aerobic and anaerobic improvements.

  • Weight training at its finest (and safest)!  Join us for a lunch-break blaster, and have enough time left over to grab a smoothie and a shower before heading back to the office!
