David Shropshire instructs the following:
  • Hot Power Yoga
  • Experience high intensity movement in a flowing class designed for the experienced yogi/yogini who has a strong practice. Students should be prepared for an hour of physically challenging poses. This class is a "Hot" class, practiced in a 90° to 95° room. PLEASE bring a towel and a water bottle.


  • Beginner Brickhaus
  • This class will help prepare you for our Brickhaus class by helping you to build a strong structural foundation.  This class focuses on mobility, proper form and use of equipment to get the most out of your Brickhaus experience!

  • Functional Pilates
  • This 30 minute mat class will help you gain core and overall strength while helping to increase flexibility and movement quality.
     

  • Yoga Foundations
  • This is a all levels class that focuses on building a strong structural foundation to help you become the most complete yogi you can be. Strength, alignment and breathing all come together in this class to help to understand how to move and then allowing you the freedom to move better! Teacher: David Shropshire.

  • Hot Pilates

  • Recovery 101
  • Recovery 101 is a all levels class to help put you back together after a tough week.  We will incorporate the use of the foam roller, lacrosse ball and deep yoga stretches to help keep your muscles healthy and balanced.
     

  • BrickHaus
  • Using Rowers, kettlebells, TRX bands, slam balls, sand bags, heavy ropes, and bodyweight exercises, this class will focus on toning and cardio for the entire body.
