I am Kindra Williamson - Personal Trainer, Mom, Wife, and Health Advocate. I love food, fitness and changing people's lives.
Growing up in Panama-Central America allowed me to explore and embrace the outdoors. I have a passion for both weight lifting and endurance races. I'm a two-time Ironman finisher and recently did the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim Crossing.
Fitness is an integral part of my everyday life and I want to share my vision and embark on this journey of healthy living with all of my clients!
Growing up as a professional actor, I quickly learned that being at my peak of physical strength and conditioning would aid me in performing at my best, night after night, show after show for years and years. Through exploring the avenue of well-being (diet, exercise, brain function, etc.), my passion for exercise eclipsed my passion for performing and, while it was a tough decision to make, I knew I would find joy as a Personal Trainer.
Certified through the AFAA and The Onnit Academy, I enjoy teaching group classes, training small groups and doing one-on-one sessions with my clients. I love to motivate, teach discipline, and help not only my clientele, but also the community excel with all things wellness-related. The mantra of Clubhaus resonates deeply with me and I think it's the key to unlocking a great life to live: "Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Planet."
